Operation method

  1. Plug in with matching voltage.
  2. Put out handle as like [Image 1], turn locking system(black plastic) counterclockwise, and life cover as like [Image 2].
  3. Put banding wheel into the bottom fit with grooves with both sides and banding wheel holding pin of [Image 2].
  4. Put knife in the shaft of [Image 2]. (See knife insert method)
  5. Tighten knife board holding screw counterclockwise.
  6. Close the cover of [Image 2] and turn the locking system(black plastic) clockwise to place on the cover.
  7. Put ingredients into the entrance of [Image 1] and turn the switch of [Image 1] and turn the handle of [Image 1] clockwise.
  8. When the handle is down and cutting is done, put the handle out and turn it counterclockwise to stop operating.
  9. Put ingredients and push the handle to start it. ( *6) ~ 8) repeated movement )
Knife insert method

  1. Slicer(Thin cutting) - 4mm, 6mm, 10mm
    - Put knife board you want horizontally into the center axis (Blade is up)


  2. Julienne cutting - 2.5mmⅹ2.5mm, 4.5mmⅹ4.5mm
    - Put knife board you want horizontally into the center axis (Blade is up)


  3. Dicing - 15mmⅹ15mm, 20mmⅹ20mm
    - Put square frame you want into the round frame. (Blade is facing to your face) And put knife board you want horizontally into the center axis (Blade is up).


  4. ※ Use on knife board for Slicer and Julienne cutting and square knife board(size) and slicer(thickness) together for Dicing.


Caution (Warning)

  1. Do not put too many vegetables.
  2. Must remove vegetables in the middle of operating when many of them are caught in the knife board.
  3. Put banding wheel into the bottom fit with grooves with both sides and banding wheel holding pin.
  4. Tighten knife board holding screw to hold.
  5. Put Pipe insert in the additional entrance when you push vegetables in the entrance with push bar.
  6. Sweet potato, meat, and ham are not available to use with this machine.
  7. It uses many knives at the same time. Please be careful.

[※ Additional entrance use method]

  1. The additional entrance is used for cutting cucumber or carrot as inserted shape (round cutting, half-moon shaped cutting)
  2. Push the push bar, press the switch to operate, put the bar out. put ingredient, and push it with the bar.

Clean and storage after use

  1. Pull plug out before cleaning.
  2. Push from the behind to remove vegetables caugt in the knife frame (Do not snap. It will damage knife board(square frame)
  3. Use neutral detergent for cleaning machine and knife board.

  4. Do not use chlorine bleach for machine and knife board before and after use,
       and do not immerse knife board in chloric acid(chlorine bleach) or iodine(bleach, change color, corrode)
    Able to use alcohol for sterilizing, and keep it after removing water with dry cotton,

  5. Do not store in high-temperature(more than 100℃) electric sterilizer or sterilize in boiling water. (plastic parts melt)
  6. Remove water after cleaning with neutral detergent and dry in normal condition.
  7. Do not store knife board or knife with other parts(grinder) to prevent damage on the blade.

"Caution for safety" is for preventing dander with right operation. So please follow it.

  2. Remove water around plug, and do not put out and in plug with wet hand.
  3. Do not close your hands to operating knife.
  4. Be careful the blade when you change or clean knife board.
  5. For cleansing after use, please plug out first.
  6. Do not dissemble, repair, and remodel.



Unusual condition Check point(Address method)
When it is not turn on - Plug in another electric output.
- It could have problems in the switch or motor. Please ask A/S.
Power is on, but it is not operating
- When the handle is out, it is not operating when you press the switch.
   Turn it on and push the handle.
When you can pull the handle out - It is not removable when locking system(black plastic) is open for safety.
- Lock locking system to place it on the cover.
When you can pull the banding wheel out - You use it when the banding wheel is well inserted. The central part is worn down(Must change the wheel)
When motor produces smoke - Stop operating and remove all components in the machine. Remove vegetables caught in knife board, and re-operate in five minutes.
When circuit breaker is fall - Stop operating and ask A/S. The motor might have problem.
If it is out of order - Check the banding wheel, and remove vegetables caught in knife board to restart.
When vegetables are not neatly cut - Check abrasion of knife and ask us. (Change knife)
It does not work when you follow the manual - Request A/S.
